Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Leader / Administrator for XFLY Fitness Studio, responsible for operational efficiency, member service, and staff performance. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of daily activities and compliance with standards. **TEAM LEADER \- SITE ADMINISTRATOR (GYM)** **WORK LOCATION: SAN BORJA** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** At **XFLY Fitness Studio**, we are recruiting a **Site Leader / Administrator** for our San Borja location. The selected candidate will be accountable for operational efficiency, member service, and staff performance at the site. **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher education (technical or university-level, incomplete, ongoing, or completed) in Administration, Commercial Management, Sports Science, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel leadership or commercial outlet management (experience in the fitness, retail, or sports sectors is a strong advantage). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of labor regulations and service quality indicators. * Proactive attitude, empathy, conflict resolution skills, leadership ability, and goal orientation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise daily operational activities at the site. * Ensure strict adherence to company regulations and operational standards. * Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (sales team, trainers, reception, and general services). * Conduct periodic evaluations of on-site employee productivity. * Directly handle and resolve customer complaints or incidents. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Rotating 8-hour daily shifts. * One rotating weekly day off between Saturday and Sunday. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Fixed monthly salary of S/ 1,700\.00 PEN. * Formal MYPE payroll registration upon completion of the 4th month of employment. * 100% complimentary pass/membership for using XFLY facilities. * Full-time, on-site work.
