At AX ARCHERY, we are looking for a responsible, active, and committed **Maintenance Assistant**, willing to support the organization, preparation, and maintenance of our sports facilities and equipment. ***Part Time 24h*** **SCHEDULE:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 3:30 PM – 9:40 PM Wednesday: 4:20 PM – 9:40 PM **COMPENSATION:** **S/ 585.00 – S/ 600.00** **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Repair and assemble targets using specialized materials. * Set up and dismantle the training field before and after sessions. * Perform basic maintenance of arrows, targets, and other sports equipment. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and good condition of the facilities. * Assist with transportation, organization, and inventory control of materials and supplies. * Provide operational support to the Coordinator and the sports team. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Responsible, proactive individuals with good physical fitness. * Completed secondary education or technical studies (in progress or completed). * Minimum 3 months’ experience in operational or maintenance roles is desirable. * Prior participation in any sport is considered an added advantage. * If you lack experience but are highly motivated to learn, we want to meet you! **WHAT WE OFFER** * Payroll enrollment from day one. * Continuous training. * Genuine growth opportunities within the organization. * Performance bonus upon successful completion of the probationary period. * Excellent work environment grounded in respect, teamwork, and sports discipline. **Join the team that advances archery!** Application Question(s): * Do you have any allergies or sensitivities to materials such as adhesives, glues, or other maintenance supplies? * Are you comfortable performing cleaning and organizing tasks in common areas? * Are you comfortable performing duties involving lifting, moving, and transporting sports equipment as part of your responsibilities? * Have you reviewed the position’s schedule and compensation?
