If you practice any sport and are passionate about delivering excellent service, we want to meet you! **Schedule:** **Friday:** 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. **Saturday:** 8:30 a.m. – 5:55 p.m. **Sunday:** 8:30 a.m. – 5:55 p.m. **Compensation:** S/ 585 – S/ 600 **✅ What You’ll Do:** * **Receive and guide students and visitors, delivering an exceptional service experience.** * Handle sales of accessories, merchandise, and sports products. * Support student registration and distribution of sports equipment. * Coordinate communication among clients, coaches, and the administrative team. * Manage cash handling, POS systems, and CRM data entry. * Maintain an organized and attractive reception area. * Assist in introductory archery classes, following training. * Collaborate in other site-specific activities. **✅ We’re Looking For People Who:** * Have at least **6 months of experience** in Customer Service, Sales, or Reception. * Regularly practice a sport. * Enjoy interacting with people and delivering excellent service. * Possess strong communication skills and ease working in teams. * Reside in areas near **La Molina**, or have convenient transportation access. **✅ We Offer:** * **Formal employment contract.** * **Ongoing training** and support from day one. * **Performance-based bonuses** and commercial targets (after probation period). * **Career development path.** If you are a person with the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn, this position is for you.
