Pleasant work environment with a strong organizational culture **Job Description: SALES EXECUTIVE** At **VELIZ \& ESPINOZA CONSTRUCTORA INMOBILIARIA S.A.C.,** we are looking for top talent to fill the position of **SALES EXECUTIVE**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales or institutional channel sales. * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Proficiency in negotiation techniques and consultative sales methodologies. * Experience using CRM systems and commercial tools. * ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or others) is desirable. * Willingness to conduct fieldwork. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prospect and acquire new corporate and institutional clients. * Schedule and conduct business meetings with companies and decision-makers. * Conduct field visits to acquire new corporate clients. * Identify business opportunities, develop new accounts, and foster client loyalty. * Prepare and present commercial proposals. * Conduct business visits and presentations. * Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements. * Manage the full sales cycle from initiation to closure. * Maintain strong commercial relationships with institutional clients. * Handle documentation required for client onboarding. * Coordinate billing, collections, and post-sales follow-up processes. * Keep the CRM system and commercial reports up to date. * Monitor the sales pipeline and track progress toward targets. **BENEFITS:** * Salary \+ unlimited sales commissions. * Pleasant work environment. * Monthly payments. * **Immediate payroll enrollment from day one.** Pleasant work environment, supported by a strong Organizational Culture. 3 POSITIONS AVAILABLE Salary: S/.1,100\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
