Job Summary: We are seeking a creative Real Estate Graphic Designer to develop campaigns, digital content, and ensure brand visual consistency. Key Highlights: 1. Our client, a construction and real estate development company focused on multifamily projects targeting the Lima Top segment, is looking for a professional with proven experience in real estate graphic design. **Responsibilities:** * Develop creative concepts for commercial campaigns and branding. * Execute advertising campaigns comprehensively (360° Creativity) through Key Visuals (KV) and digital assets (Social Ads, Web, Email Marketing). * Propose and implement content calendars for assigned projects. * Design social media assets: posts, carousels, stories, and other digital content. * Audiovisual content: Edit and produce dynamic content (reels, corporate videos, animations). * Adapt assets for print formats: brochures, panels, exhibition stands, flyers, etc. * Create key visuals for launches, campaigns, and real estate projects. * Ensure corporate brand visual consistency and alignment of each project with the brand. * Propose new visual ideas, trends, and continuous improvements for digital channels and social media. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * 3–4 years of experience in graphic design and digital content creation. * Prior experience in real estate companies with projects in the Lima Top segment. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects. * Preferred: Knowledge of 2D animation / AI applied to business intelligence. **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Positive work environment in an organization that emphasizes teamwork and horizontal communication. * Growth opportunities within the department.
