Role with direct social impact **JOB ANNOUNCEMENT** The **Johannes Gutenberg Cultural Association** is seeking: **SOCIAL PROMOTER** Part-time position for work at our **COMAS OFFICE** **CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM** **OBJECTIVE:** To hire a collaborator who shares our institutional values, possesses a high level of social sensitivity, and is available part-time to carry out duties with children and families in situations of vulnerability and social exclusion served by the Child Development Program, with interventions in the districts of Comas and Carabayllo. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Conduct home visits to program beneficiaries and provide appropriate services: identification, information, and referral of social cases. Deliver guidance and counseling according to identified cases. Be prepared to attend trainings and follow instructions from the program’s social team and its Coordinator. Establish effective linkages between beneficiaries and the various intervention areas of the social program. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience as a social promoter or in related fields. * Proficiency in tools for home visits, including family counseling for vulnerable populations. * Availability for fieldwork: 95% of working time. * Attention, referral, and accompaniment of socially complex cases, considering the socio-economic challenges faced by beneficiary families. * Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with users. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Participation in team meetings. * Ideally: knowledge of adolescent maternity and child growth and development. **COMPETENCIES:** * Empathy. * Teamwork. * Initiative and creativity. * Social sensitivity. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Enthusiasm for fieldwork.
