Job Summary: We are seeking a sales associate for our store with experience in customer service, passion for beauty, and proactive attitude to advise and promote products. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and virtual beauty product consultation and promotion. 2. Hosting TikTok Live sessions to showcase products and provide real-time advice. 3. Managing electronic invoicing and cash register reconciliation. We are Corporación Fiobela, a new company focused on wholesale and retail distribution of cosmetic and beauty accessory products across various virtual and digital sales channels, serving all regions of Peru. We are currently looking for a store-based sales associate. **Requirements** · Prior experience in customer service, beauty and cosmetics sales advisory, salesperson, beauty promoter, fashion, or related fields. · Enthusiastic individual with passion for beauty, organized, detail-oriented, capable of problem-solving, and able to work effectively under pressure. · Experience with electronic invoicing, receipts, and invoices. · Proficiency in POS systems and cash register reconciliation. · Experience in both in-person and virtual customer service (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Lives, etc.). · Availability to work in-person Monday through Saturday, full-time schedule including overtime. · Residency in areas adjacent to Cercado de Lima. · Proactive attitude, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities** · Packing and coordinating order shipments. · Maintaining store organization and cleanliness. · Providing in-person and virtual product consultation and answering customer inquiries. · Hosting Live sessions on TikTok or other social media platforms to showcase and communicate products, assemble bundles live, offer real-time advice, pricing, discounts, etc. · In-store customer service, POS transactions, and cash register reconciliation.
