Coordination of alerts with internal staff **Grupo Rokys** is currently seeking personnel to join its CCTV Monitoring department. We are looking for responsible operators with prior experience in security camera monitoring—preferably in municipalities, control centers, retail, or security companies—who will be tasked with real-time camera supervision, risk situation identification, and timely reporting in accordance with established protocols. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor CCTV system cameras in real time, identifying suspicious behavior or risk situations. * Immediately report incidents according to internal protocols. * Record daily detected events in assigned formats. * Verify the operational status of cameras, recorders, and video surveillance systems. * Coordinate alerts with internal staff as required. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 6 months of experience in security camera monitoring. * Experience in municipalities or control centers is desirable. * Basic computer skills (Excel, video surveillance systems). * Availability to work part-time during afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Employment Type: Part-time Application Question(s): * What are your salary expectations? * In which district do you currently reside? * Are you currently studying?
