Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or university graduate in Networks and Telecommunications to coordinate repairs, manage tickets, and ensure service quality in telecommunications. We have established ourselves as a leading company in this sector, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will be** * Coordinate remotely with contractors for field repairs. * Assign tasks, request ticket updates, and schedule technical visits to customers. * Track and update home internet cases via the platform assigned by the client. * Log detected faults in ticketing systems. * Prioritize repairs based on service impact. * Ensure repairs meet quality standards. * Escalate cases to O\&M PEXT as appropriate. **What do we require from you?** * Technicians or university graduates in Networks and Telecommunications and/or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles within networks and telecommunications. * CCNA Course – Modules 1 and 2 (desirable). * Knowledge of the AU2000 platform. * Familiarity with ticketing platforms. * Knowledge of GPON/BAFI/LTE/PP/PMP technologies. * Proficiency in KMZ. * Availability for hybrid work — Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. **What do we value?** * Effective communication. * Sense of urgency. * Adaptability. * Commitment. **What do we offer?** * Full payroll registration (bonus payments, vacation benefits, CTS, ESSALUD health insurance, and Life Insurance Law coverage). * Company-certified training programs. * Career development path. * Access to corporate discount agreements. * Work modality: Hybrid
