COBEFAR, a company with over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking one (01) **Fleet and Route Monitor** responsible for supervising the movement of our vehicles and ensuring timely and safe deliveries. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor distribution vehicle routes through GPS systems and other geolocation platforms to identify unauthorized deviations and anticipate potential safety risks. * Verify compliance with planned routes and established schedules to ensure delivery time commitments are met. * Alert relevant departments about route incidents (prolonged stops, unusual detours, inactivity) to enable timely intervention. * Record and consolidate traceability data for each route and unit to maintain travel history and support logistics efficiency analysis. * Generate periodic reports on critical route behaviors (out-of-zone events, excessive idle time, GPS disconnections, etc.) to facilitate preventive decision-making. * Coordinate with distribution, security, and maintenance teams when incidents require immediate attention to ensure service continuity. * Conduct testing and validation of the GPS monitoring system functionality to ensure operational availability. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate of a technical or university program in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience. * Intermediate level computer skills. * Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel.
