Position Summary: DELTA CRANES is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead and oversee the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Program, ensuring compliance with standards and risk prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the implementation of the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Program. 2. Ensures compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE. 3. Conducts site visits and reports incidents to prevent risks. **DELTA CRANES** Delta Cranes is a company composed of a highly professional team providing services in lifting systems and technical solutions, delivering quality, safety, and environmental care. We are currently seeking a SAFETY SUPERVISOR. **REQUIREMENTS** ● Licensed, registered, and authorized professional engineer in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Safety and Hygiene Engineering, or other related fields. ● Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety/Health and Environment Prevention Officer or Supervisor. ● Training or specialization courses in Occupational Safety and Health totaling at least 120 hours. ● Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. ● Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ● Conduct site visits to units to verify proper service execution. ● Organize, direct, execute, and monitor the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Program. ● Instruct and verify that workers understand and comply with safety standards and correctly use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for each role. ● Supervise worker safety within the area under their responsibility during construction activities. ● Immediately report safety and environmental incidents occurring within their work area. ● Identify and anticipate risk factors among operators. ● Perform other duties delegated by their immediate supervisor. **COMPETENCIES** ● Proactivity, empathy, communication skills, self-confidence, adaptability, assertiveness, organization, and leadership ability. **BENEFITS:** ● All statutory benefits ● Ongoing training opportunities ● Pleasant working environment ● Salary: 2000 \- 2600 soles Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,600\.00 per month Application question(s): * Please tell us about your experience as a Safety Supervisor. * How many years of experience do you have as a Safety Supervisor? * Which educational institution did you graduate from?
