Position Summary: BRAYAM S.A.C. is seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to develop and strengthen the culture of safety, health, and environment, investigate incidents, and assess risks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in investigating incidents and occupational illnesses 2. Monitoring compliance with Safety Management procedures 3. Strengthening the culture of Occupational Safety and Health At BRAYAM S.A.C., dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions to logistics operators and port terminals, we are seeking top talent to take on the new professional challenge as SSOMA SUPERVISOR. **Responsibilities:** * Develop continuous IPERCs, Job Risk Analyses, and Work Permits established prior to operational activities * **Provide support during investigations of incidents, accidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental incidents, identifying root causes and immediate corrective actions.** * Monitor safety findings from work shifts through supervision, inspection activities, or those arising from incidents occurring during shifts. * **Monitor compliance with procedures related to BRAYAM S.A.C.'s Occupational Safety and Health Management System.** * Strengthen the culture of Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment among operational staff, and support safe work planning across various organizational departments. * **Actively participate in hazard identification and risk assessment.** * Develop the annual Occupational Safety and Health Program, as well as the annual Occupational Safety and Health Training Program. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Professional license (Desirable) * Minimum 6 months’ experience as an SSOMA Supervisor. * Basic English proficiency. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS. * Training in high-risk work activities. * Occupational Safety and Health diploma, minimum 240 hours. * **Willingness to work in Callao.** **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * **Job stability and opportunities for career growth.** * Monthly performance-based bonuses.
