At **P\&D Andina Alimentos S.A.**, a leading company in the mass-consumption sector and proud manufacturer of well-known brands such as **Danlac, Yoilet, Selva**, among others, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: Technical Operations Leader **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * Technician graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial packaging lines and autonomous maintenance. * **Proficiency in:** Operating packaging machinery, performing basic preventive/corrective maintenance, and handling industrial pneumatic or electrical systems. * **Knowledge of:** Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, food safety, and mechanical fault interpretation. * **Plus:** Excellent communication skills, results orientation, and strong ability to work under pressure. **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** * **Operations and Control:** Operate packaging machines by adjusting parameters (temperatures, pressures, speeds, seals) and executing required format changes. * **Autonomous Maintenance:** Carry out minor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the line (adjustments, calibrations, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts). * **Technical Inspection:** Conduct daily inspections of belts, chains, sensors, valves, pistons, bearings, and basic mechanical/pneumatic components to detect anomalies. * **Quality and Food Safety:** Ensure proper coding, date, batch number, weight, seal integrity, and packaging appearance, strictly complying with GMP and HACCP standards. * **Safety and Continuity:** Guarantee line efficiency by minimizing downtime and applying safe lockout procedures and proper use of PPE. **What Do We Offer You?** * Direct payroll employment with full statutory benefits under the **General Regime (100%)**. * Real growth opportunities and career path. * Exclusive discounts on our products (Danlac, Selva, Yoilet, etc.). * Educational discounts to further enhance your technical profile. * Access to fairs, health campaigns, and an excellent work environment.
