Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and Repair Assistant to support planning, control, and monitoring of operations, ensuring service quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we are currently seeking a **MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR ASSISTANT!** **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the Head of Maintenance and Repair in planning and controlling internal and external human resources within the Maintenance and Repair department, ensuring alignment with departmental plans and objectives. * Participate in interviews with strategic clients requiring the presence of the Head of Maintenance and Repair, as well as in spare parts stock meetings and senior management meetings. * Support verification of technical topics and spare parts order status via the Darwin system. * Monitor daily elevator outages in our system and report to the Head of Maintenance and Repair for appropriate action. * Support site visits to promptly detect and resolve all types of issues together with the Head of Maintenance and Repair (including unannounced visits). * Support implementation of inspections for equipment older than 5 years, conducted by Maintenance and Repair Coordinators. * Validate that Maintenance and Repair Coordinators deliver electronic card registration records for their equipment. * Support validation that monthly REP, GAR, and MNC reports are properly substantiated and planned in Trianon Satelital. * Similarly, verify that these reports are closed in SAP during the corresponding month. * Support organizing training sessions and awareness talks for maintenance and repair technical staff (including contractors, if necessary). * Ensure personnel in the department have appropriate materials, tools, equipment, and other required implements to perform their tasks; also monitor proper usage thereof. * Support follow-up on email complaints from clients generated by the Call Center to the Maintenance and Repair department. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. * Comply with documentation requirements established by the Quality Management System. * Comply with documentation requirements established by the Environmental Management System. * Comply with documentation requirements established by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** * Final-year student (9th or 10th semester) in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Proficiency in MS Office. * We are committed to equal opportunity and rights.
