Job Summary: PROYECTA Eirl seeks a Safety Preventionist with experience in high-risk work to supervise safety management systems and conduct training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with occupational safety and health policies. 2. Organize and conduct occupational safety and health inductions and training. 3. Participate in the development and updating of IPERC matrices. We are PROYECTA Eirl, a company specializing in metal mechanics, engineering, design, and general structural fabrication. We are currently seeking a PREVENTIONIST. Minimum 1 year of experience in HIGH-RISK WORK. Profile: * **Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.** Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational safety and health. **Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.** * National legislation on safety, health, and environment. * Investigation of workplace incidents and accidents. Development of IPERC matrices and Emergency Response Plans (ERP). **High-risk control and supervision.** Responsibilities: **Supervise compliance with policies and objectives of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System.** Develop and implement activities planned in the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Plan. **Collect information required for mandatory records under the Occupational Safety and Health Management System as stipulated by law.** Collect information for investigating workplace accidents and incidents occurring during company operations. **Organize and conduct occupational safety and health inductions, training, and capacity-building for company personnel.** Supervise and monitor completion of Safe Work Permits (e.g., hot work, working at height) and enforce Safety Standards. **Participate in the development and updating of hazard identification and risk assessment (IPERC) matrices for company activities.** Develop procedures for managing occupational safety and health within the company. **Develop and disseminate the company’s Emergency Response Plan (ERP).** Prepare and present occupational safety and health performance indicators and statistical reports. **Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.** Salary: Negotiable.
