Conduct safety and emergency inspections Grow with us! *At* ***PORCELATINO SAC***, we *are currently seeking a* ***Jr. SSOMA Supervisor*** *for our plant located in Chilca (Cañete).* *We are a Chinese investment company engaged in the manufacturing and sale of ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware nationwide and internationally.* **What Do You Need?** * *Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related fields (Mandatory)* * *1 year of experience in SSOMA areas within industrial plants and/or construction sector (Preferred)* * *Diploma and/or specialized course in SSOMA (Mandatory)* * *Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office* * *Course on interpretation of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards* * *Willingness to work under a 14x7 rotating shift schedule in* ***Chilca (Cañete)*** *(Mandatory)* **MAIN CHALLENGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * *Conduct onboarding inductions for new employees and/or contractors* * *Deliver OSH and environmental training to company personnel* * *Carry out internal OSH inspections and inspections of safety and emergency equipment* * *Supervise high-risk activities on-site* * *Prepare investigation reports for accidents and incidents* * *Develop and/or update IPERC (Risk Identification and Evaluation Matrix) per job position* * *Monitor implementation of the Annual OSH Plan and Program* * *Track compliance with the organization’s environmental commitments according to the established schedule* * *Maintain control records for solid waste* * *Other duties related to SSOMA area management* **COMPETENCIES** *Appropriate interpersonal skills* *Proactivity* *Planning and organization* *Stress management tools* *Leadership* *Teamwork* **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * *Meals and barracks-style accommodation (100% covered)* * *Base salary \+ Mobility bonus* * *Formal payroll registration with all statutory benefits (vacation, bonuses, profit-sharing, etc.)* * *Work schedule: 14x7 (day and night shifts)* * *Opportunity for learning and growth within a large company.* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Application Question(s): * Do you have availability to work at our plant located in Chilca (Cañete)?
