Job Summary: Cleam Ambiental seeks a Service Watchman for field operations, responsible for traffic control, driver support, documentation, service follow-up, and incident reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control pedestrian and vehicular traffic to ensure safety. 2. Assist drivers with maneuvers and monitor field services. 3. Manage documentation and report operational incidents. Cleam Ambiental, a company specialized in hazardous waste management, is seeking a Service Watchman to join its field operations team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control pedestrian and vehicular traffic using "Stop and Go" signage to ensure safety during operations. * Assist drivers with truck parking and movement maneuvers. * Complete, manage, and sign service documents and delivery guides. * Monitor services performed in the field. * Report incidents occurring during operations. * Visit the Ventanilla facility twice per week to deliver and collect documentation required for services. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Reside in Callao. * Availability for field work and operational tasks. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:50 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:50 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Bi-weekly payments. * Mobility allowance when traveling between service locations. * Extraordinary bonus of S/ 600 in June and November. * Excellent working environment.
