Optimize grinding and paste processes in industrial plants. **Company Description:** Industrias Jhomeron S.A. is a company with over 30 years in the Peruvian market, engaged in the commercialization and manufacturing of paints, resins, adhesives, and chemical raw materials for industry. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields * Minimum experience: 1 year in an industrial plant (preferably in paints/chemicals) * Knowledge: formulas, technical data sheets, MSDS, manufacturing processes (dispersion, grinding, mixing, filtration, packaging), property control, ISO 9001\. * Tools: Advanced Excel, SAP Business One * Skills: Analysis, attention to detail, problem solving, teamwork, communication, leadership * Competencies: Planning, accuracy, problem solving, and continuous improvement. Responsibility, teamwork, communication, and results orientation. **Main Responsibilities:** **1\. Development Assistant** * Conduct tests, trials, and processes according to specified instructions and formulas. * Record data and results, and maintain organized technical documentation. * Collaborate in resolving deviations, following the supervisor’s guidelines. **2\. Quality and Development Manager** * Formulate and design new products, adaptations, and improvements, defining formulas and technical specifications. * Coordinate and lead development planning and quality control. * Manage documentation, performance indicators, costs, and process standardization. * Coordinate with internal departments and make technical decisions regarding products. **3\. Grinding and Paste Area Supervisor** * Technical and operational responsibility for the area: control fineness, dispersion, viscosity, and stability. * Supervise equipment, verify specifications, optimize performance, and guide operational staff. **Conditions** On-site work in Comas, schedule Mon-Fri 8:00-5:20, Sat 8:00-1:05 Position type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
