Job Summary:
Personnel coordinator with experience in human resources administration, timecard and payroll management, and attendance control in industrial environments.
Key Highlights:

**Requirements**
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
Knowledge of ERP systems and intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Diploma and/or specialization in HR (not mandatory).
Familiarity with current labor legislation.
Intermediate-level Office proficiency.
SAP Business One user-level proficiency (not mandatory).
Knowledge of insurance management and contract tracking.
Preferably reside in the districts of Villa Maria, Lurín, Pachacamac, and Villa El Salvador.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and remote work on Saturdays.
**PROFILE**
1\. Knowledge of timecards and payroll under the general regime, micro-enterprises, and small enterprises.
2\. Knowledge of attendance systems.
3\. Knowledge of outsourcing regulations and services.
4\. Knowledge of labor calculations, overtime, vacations, AFP, EsSalud, etc.
5\. Excellent intermediate-level proficiency.
6\. Effective communication.
7\. Tracking and coordination.
8\. Stress management.
9\. Background in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
10\. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial companies, agro-industries, or fishing enterprises.
**FUNCTIONS**
1\. Coordinate personnel acquisition for the plant.
2\. Prepare the personnel assignment chart for requirements and distribution across services.
3\. Report and coordinate with the plant supervisor on daily personnel arrivals and staffing requirement quotas.
4\. Register new personnel in the attendance system, conduct induction on registration procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
5\. Print the daily attendance form and deliver it to the Production Coordinator.
6\. Collect the attendance forms from Production.
7\. Generate daily attendance reports in the system.
8\. Verify and validate Production attendance against system reports.
9\. Compile the hours report and record it in the cost sheet.
10\. Send the hours report to each service for verification.
11\. Collect daily data on transportation, cafeteria consumption, and supplies, and record them in the cost sheet.
12\. Every Monday, close the weekly billing cycle using operator hours, transportation, refreshments, and supplies data.
13\. Conduct a general review of the week to be billed, including medical leave reviews.
14\. Collect and compile the attendance bonus chart, report it to the plant supervisor, and record it in the cost sheet.
15\. Distribute refrigeration and mobility costs across services in the cost sheet.
16\. Report the cost sheet to the Operations Management.
17\. Consolidate and prepare refrigeration and transportation cost data and report it weekly to DOGITEC.
18\. Submit hours and piecework files to services for respective billing.
19\. Review inquiries and complaints from services and workers.
20\. Control and manage personnel working off-site.
21\. Apply applicable regulations to various scenarios as they arise.
Salary: S/.3,500.00 - S/.3,800.00 per month
