We invite you to join our team for the position of: **SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN** **Responsibilities:** * Manage, maintain, and provide support for the company's computer and technological systems. * Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and system incidents. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals. * Install, configure, and update software and hardware, including network cards, memory modules, hard drives, printers, and other devices. * Provide support for network configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. * Assist in the administration and configuration of servers, network devices, and shared resources. * Ensure operational continuity of computers, peripherals, point-of-sale terminals, and the company network. * Provide support and assistance in using SAP Business One. * Assist with queries, review, and maintenance of databases. * Analyze and optimize the performance of computer systems and equipment. * Maintain organized and effective inventory control of technological equipment. * Install various technological equipment as required by operational needs. * Maintain order, documentation, and control of assigned IT resources. **Requirements:** * Technical, university-level, or graduate professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in IT, technical support, or systems roles. * Experience in maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. * Experience in networking, cabling, IP configuration, routers, switches, and connectivity incident resolution. * Knowledge of software support, program installation, disk formatting, and equipment configuration. * Knowledge of SAP Business One. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of databases. * Knowledge of basic server configuration and administration. * Ability to work collaboratively and resolve technical problems. * Responsibility, punctuality, and strong service orientation. * Immediate availability. * Must reside in areas adjacent to the district of Comas. * Preferred age range: 23–30 years. **Competencies:** * Proactivity. * Order and organization. * User orientation. * Analytical ability. * Working under pressure. * Effective communication.
