What will be your main responsibilities? * Provide support in administrative, banking, and financial processes. * Track collections, promissory notes, and accounts receivable. * Assist in preparing and reviewing documents, control charts, and quotations. * Coordinate rental and contract administration under supervision. * Follow up on municipal procedures, licenses, and ITSE certifications for premises. * Coordinate maintenance and general services for offices. * Manage procurement and supply of office supplies and materials. * Provide support in administrative and Human Resources activities. * Prepare and manage forms, receipts, and administrative documentation. * Organize and maintain physical and digital files. * Support other duties assigned by management. Requirements * Graduate or final-year student in Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in administrative roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Familiarity with **Google Workspace**. * Strong organizational, tracking, and task-prioritization skills. * Effective communication and ability to coordinate across departments. * Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability to conduct external procedures when required. Additional Preferred Qualifications * Experience in companies with multiple offices or branches. * Basic knowledge of municipal procedures and administrative documentation. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
