Lead continuous improvement and co-creation processes in HR. **Job Description** ---------------------- A strategic partner who advises leaders on people management, drives team performance, and supports change initiatives to achieve business objectives. * Review and align the organizational structures of assigned areas to attract, develop, and retain top talent, supported by HR specialist processes. * Provide timely and effective feedback to various business stakeholders and HR specialists. * Monitor and follow up on client needs. * Advise and support the updating of succession plans for top talent and critical positions. * Monitor productivity policies for mass positions, in coordination with other departments and management teams. * Ensure implementation of Talent Management, Compensation, Climate, and Culture programs. * Ensure implementation of the new Agile Work Model across the organization. * Support HR administration, focusing specialists on process efficiency, technology enablement, decentralization, and outsourcing. * Lead continuous improvement and co-creation processes to enhance HR practices. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university degree. * 3 years of experience in Human Resources. * 1 year of experience in a Business Partner role.
