We seek a proactive, organized, and communicative professional to support human talent management and departmental administrative processes. \- 100% on-site **1\. Main Responsibilities** * Manage the **employee onboarding process** (collection of documents, contracts, affiliations). * Monitor and verify **daily attendance** (timesheets, overtime, leave). * Support submission of information required to prepare payroll for the central department. * Maintain up-to-date **employee personnel files** (physical and digital). * Coordinate **inductions and training** at construction sites. * Support **employee offboarding** (final settlements, documentation). * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. * Address staff inquiries regarding payments, benefits, and employment conditions. * Coordinate with Occupational Health and Safety for medical examinations and insurance controls. **2\. Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Prior experience in the **civil construction / construction site** sector is desirable. **Offered:** Competitive salary.
