**Job Mission:**
Plan, direct, and oversee comprehensive Human Resources management, actively contributing to strengthening organizational culture, employee engagement, and a positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Administration and Compliance:** Supervise personnel administration, payroll, compensation, social benefits, and compliance with labor obligations.
* **Talent Acquisition:** Lead recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes for administrative, technical, and operational staff.
* **Organizational Climate and Well-being:** Design and drive initiatives related to workplace climate, organizational culture, and employee well-being.
* **Development and Performance:** Develop and implement training programs, performance evaluations, talent development, and succession planning.
* **Corporate Strategy and Culture:** Design and implement the Human Resources strategy aligned with the company’s growth plan. Lead organizational change processes and strengthen corporate culture.
* **Strategic Management and Advisory:** Develop and monitor Human Resources management indicators to support decision-making. Advise department heads and executives on matters related to people management and organizational development.
**Candidate Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
* At least 3–4 years of experience in HR generalist or HR coordinator roles.
* Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.
* Expertise in strategic human talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
