Our **People Advisory Services (PAS)** practice specializes in labor consulting, delivering strategic support to companies in managing their human capital. From regulatory compliance to labor model transformation, we help our clients address today’s workplace challenges. By combining technical expertise with a people-centered perspective, we aim to generate sustainable value for organizations. **Requirements:** * Law degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and labor procedural matters, preferably within law firms. * Experience litigating in labor courts. * Desired: updated training course in Labor Law. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Attending judicial hearings in labor and constitutional courts and tribunals. * Drafting legal submissions, including responses to complaints, appeals, cassation appeals, and other judicial writings. * Monitoring judicial proceedings. * Evaluating procedural strategies. * Updating reports on the status of judicial proceedings. **Competencies:** * Adaptability to change * Teamwork * Effective communication (written and verbal) * Proactivity * Sense of urgency
