Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to support candidate sourcing, coordination of events, and promotion of job openings in the field. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Field Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our Human Resources team. WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. REQUIREMENTS Students or graduates in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment, selection, or related functions. Availability to perform fieldwork. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation. Basic proficiency in social media, WhatsApp, and digital tools. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with various municipalities to participate in job fairs, employment exchanges, and other activation events. Participate in job fairs and recruitment activities. Conduct candidate sourcing in the field, accompanied by the team. Provide information about available job opportunities. Perform initial candidate screening and interviews. Contact and follow up with applicants. Support the promotion of job openings via social media and other channels. Register and update the candidate database. Achieve established sourcing and coverage targets set by the department.
