Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to actively support large-scale talent acquisition and collaborate in designing and implementing recruitment strategies. Opportunities for professional development and growth We are currently looking for an On-site Recruitment and Selection Assistant! As an On-site Recruitment and Selection Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting large-scale active talent search to fill existing vacancies within the organization. You will work closely with the Human Resources team to collaborate on designing and executing recruitment, selection, and candidate evaluation strategies. Requirements to Apply: * Student or graduate with a technical or university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum one year of prior experience in on-site mass recruitment and selection. * Solid knowledge of candidate assessment techniques and tools. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams, under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Availability to work on-site. Responsibilities: * Post and promote job opportunities across various media and channels. * Conduct resume screening and preliminary candidate selection. * Coordinate and/or conduct on-site interviews and competency assessments. * Maintain and update the candidate database and track candidate progress. * Assist in organizing employment events and job fairs.
