Identify improvements in talent attraction strategies We are looking for a **Recruitment Coordinator**, who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in recruitment and selection**, as process or team leader. * Knowledge of **competency-based interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation**. * Intermediate proficiency in **office tools and recruitment platforms**. * Strong **organizational, analytical, and multi-process selection management skills**. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate recruitment and selection processes according to requirements from requesting departments or clients. * Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and established standards in each selection process. * Support and guide the recruitment team in candidate evaluation and management of assigned processes. * Maintain communication and follow-up with departments or clients regarding process progress and candidate submissions. * Identify opportunities to improve talent attraction strategies and optimize selection processes.
