We are looking for a Selection Analyst to join our team at PUM As a Selection Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to PUM. You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and human resources teams to understand hiring needs, define job profiles, create effective recruitment strategies, and carry out the entire selection process. Required Skills: HAVE A DATABASE OF MERCHANDISING STAFF. Previous experience in personnel selection. Solid knowledge of best recruitment practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate with hiring and human resources teams to ensure proper onboarding of new employees.
