Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a proven ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, are essential. Required Skills: HAVE A DATABASE OF MERCHANDISING STAFF. Previous experience in personnel selection. Solid knowledge of best recruitment practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Post job advertisements and use various recruitment sources to identify potential candidates. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure an effective selection process. Perform background and reference checks to verify information provided by candidates. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the selection process and provide a positive experience. Collaborate with hiring and human resources teams to ensure proper onboarding of new employees.
