We are currently looking for **01 TRAINING ASSISTANT** for Alberto Barton Hospital **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in training. * Intermediate Office skills (desirable). * Availability to work in Callao (Barton Hospital) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Update and supervise the database of new hires with information provided by the Selection department. * Prepare and supervise induction forms (HC \- TE) using new hire data. * Inform service supervisors about compliance within their areas. * Support the execution of the annual training plan. * Coordinate with area managers the date, time, and location of training sessions. * Reserve training rooms, multimedia materials, record attendance, and administer satisfaction surveys. * Prepare training certificates or completion records for employees and internal trainers. * Deliver and conduct soft skills training sessions and activities. • Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * All benefits as per labor law. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Discounts with educational institutions, vendor visits, and more. * Work at an internationally accredited company with ISO and Joint Commission International certification (one of the most important global accreditations in healthcare). * Work at an organization that trains future Family and Community Medicine specialists.
