Description

**Purpose of the Position** Verify and validate the documentation, licenses, and certifications required for workers to enter and operate within services. Additionally, maintain and update accreditation records, ensure personnel are informed about the requirements and procedures necessary for their accreditation and safe operation. Also maintain and update budget control records related to their management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Social Work, or Administrative Technician * Minimum 01–3 years of experience in accreditation-related positions * **AVAILABILITY FOR SERVICES OR STAFF** * Generate the list of required personnel (including standby personnel) according to operations, projects, and/or services to map out the number of personnel to be recruited. * Generate data and prepare interview result reports for approved personnel to ensure proper tracking of the recruitment process. * Supervise that all workers have completed induction, RRCC (blocking), and valid medical examinations. * Supervise that all workers have received their offer letters and additional agreements, ensuring formalization with each worker. * Supervise that all workers possess their PPE, tools, and equipment prior to entering the mine. * Manage issuance of photo IDs or credentials by the mining unit to ensure workers’ proper entry into the mine. * Coordinate obtaining licenses and permits required for equipment operation and vehicle driving by personnel. * Coordinate transportation outside regular shift hours using company-owned means. * Prepare cash accountability reports for worker onboarding expenses, including food, lodging, medical checks, transportation, and other costs directly related to the service and/or contract—ensuring correct control over received cash flow. * Prepare consolidated investment reports per service to ensure alignment with the submitted budget. * Supervise post-service individual performance evaluations. * Conduct personnel evaluations regarding their performance and behavior during the onboarding process. * Prepare monthly service reports for services under responsibility, enabling efficiency assessment per service. * Report onboarding status to the client and the Planning Department. * Generate and submit personnel deployment reports to MACOM and the client. * Digitally archive all information related to their management. * Provide on-site (mine or office) support to workers facing any issues during task execution. * Report deviations in management activities and against the assigned budget. * TICA system proficiency (UM Chinalco / 2 Personnel Platform) — not mandatory **Skills** * Service-oriented attitude * Ethics and integrity * Teamwork * Confidentiality Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1.00 per day Application Question(s): * Where do you currently reside? * What is your salary expectation? * Do you live in Barranca (north-central region) or nearby areas? * Are you available to relocate?
