Interaction with drivers, customers, and warehouses JHOSAMIR, a cargo transportation company, is seeking a logistics assistant to ensure efficient and timely execution of logistics operations. **Main Responsibilities** * **Coordinate cargo dispatches** according to routes, schedules, and vehicle availability. * **Verify and manage transportation documentation** (waybills, manifests, service orders). * **Coordinate with drivers**, informing them of itineraries, route changes, and priorities. * **Track vehicles en route**, reporting incidents, delays, or deviations. * **Record and update information** in logistics systems (departures, arrivals, deliveries). * **Coordinate loading and unloading schedules** with customers and warehouses. * **Report incidents** (accidents, delays, shortages, breakdowns) to the transportation supervisor. * **Monitor compliance with internal procedures** and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields. * Work Experience: Minimum 6 months as a logistics assistant in the cargo transportation sector. (MANDATORY) * Basic Power BI proficiency (MANDATORY) * Availability to work at Z.I. PQ.
