Job Summary: We are seeking organized and responsible cleaning staff for the maintenance of stores, offices, and operational areas, including custody of materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive facility maintenance 2. Management of cleaning materials and supplies 3. Support in basic equipment maintenance **COMPANY BELONGING TO THE ELECTRIC SECTOR, SEEKING A CLEANING STAFF \- WORK LOCATION: AV. COLONIAL, CALLAO.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum 3 months of experience in related activities.** * Completed secondary education is not mandatory. * Organized and responsible individual with manual and visual skills and dexterity. **FUNCTIONS:** * Responsible for maintaining the store, offices, and company operational areas. * Responsible for custody and replenishment of cleaning materials and supplies. * Responsible for complying with SIG standards. * Floor maintenance\-cleaning: performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and using a mop. * Furniture maintenance\-cleaning: degreasing and dusting all parts of furniture. * Glass maintenance\-cleaning: removing dust, dirt, and rainwater droplets. * Disinfection of common areas, dining areas, restrooms, and transit zones. * Waxing of stairs. * Emptying trash bins: always performing appropriate recycling tasks. * Replenishment of materials: those required at the work location, such as toilet paper and liquid soap. * Disposal of solid waste using municipal trucks. * Supporting maintenance of relevant machinery and equipment (basic painting, basic plumbing, cleaning and lubrication of machines). * Completing maintenance records. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 1350\. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (profit-sharing, CTs, bonuses, insurance, vacation, and family allowance). * Uniforms and safety equipment. * Positive work environment. **Interested candidates who meet the requirements should send their documented CV to segethmed@gmail.com / SUBJECT: CLEANING OPERATOR.** Salary: Starting from S/.1,350\.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
