Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance operator responsible for general store, office, and operational area maintenance, including cleaning, disinfection, and support in equipment maintenance. Requires manual and visual skill and dexterity **ELECTRICAL SECTOR COMPANY SEEKING A MAINTENANCE OPERATOR TO WORK AT AV. COLONIAL \- CALLAO.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum 6 months’ experience in related activities.** * Completed secondary education is not mandatory. * Organized, responsible individual with manual and visual skill and dexterity. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for maintenance of the store, offices, and company operational areas. * Responsible for custody and replenishment of cleaning materials and supplies. * Responsible for compliance with SIG regulations. * Maintenance\-Cleaning of floors: performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and using a mop. * Maintenance\-Cleaning of furniture: degreasing and dusting each part of the furniture. * Maintenance\-Cleaning of glass surfaces: removing dust, dirt, and rainwater droplets present on them. * Disinfection of common areas, dining areas, restrooms, and transit zones. * Waxing of stairs. * Emptying trash bins: always carrying out appropriate recycling tasks. * Replenishment of supplies: those required at the workplace, e.g., toilet paper, liquid soap. * Disposal of solid waste via municipal garbage truck. * Support in maintenance of machinery and equipment as required (basic painting, basic plumbing, machine cleaning and lubrication). * Completion of maintenance activity records. **Benefits:** * Salary S/ 1350\. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (profit sharing, CTs, bonuses, insurance, vacation, family allowance). * Working hours: 7 am to 4 pm; Saturdays until noon. * Uniforms and safety equipment. * Positive work environment. **Interested candidates meeting the above requirements should send their documented CV to segethmed@ gmail.com / SUBJECT: CLEANING OPERATOR** Workplace: On-site employment Salary: Starting from S/.1,350\.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
