**Join our team!** At **HIDROLED S.A.C.**, a national leader in engineering and water treatment projects, we are seeking a **Cost and Budget Assistant**, focused on economic analysis of projects and preparation of technical and economic proposals. **Position Objective** Analyze, calculate, and prepare **direct and indirect project costs**, ensuring that submitted proposals are **technically sound, financially viable, and competitive**. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in **Civil Engineering**. Minimum **1 to 2 years’ experience** in cost analysis and budget preparation. Intermediate proficiency in: * **S10 – Budget Module (mandatory)** * MS Excel / Office * AutoCAD * MS Project Knowledge of **cost control and management**. Experience in supplier management and budgetary control. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare **budgets and technical–economic proposals** for tenders and projects requested by clients. * Analyze costs of **materials, labor, equipment, and services**. * Conduct **unit price analyses (UPA)**. * Update and manage budgets using the **S10 module**. * Prepare **cost comparison tables** (Profile vs Technical File). * Request and evaluate **supplier quotations**. * Verify the **financial viability** of projects and propose adjustments when necessary. * Maintain up-to-date records of budgets and associated documentation. * Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration (REMYPE) * Fixed monthly salary up to S/2000 (subject to evaluation) * Opportunity for professional development. * Employment with a solid and growing company. * Positive work environment.
