We are looking for a **Software Developer** who wishes to join our team and actively contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of technological solutions that enhance the organization's operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of an ERP system integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI), and for creating a mobile application that complements the ERP. * ERP Development \- Design and develop ERP modules according to business requirements. \- Ensure the system complies with technical and functional specifications. \- Integrate AI tools for automation and data analysis. * Mobile Application Development \- Develop a mobile application that integrates with the ERP to enable real-time data access and management. \- Implement core functionalities such as push notifications, data synchronization, and real-time analytics. * Project Management \- Coordinate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features for both the ERP and the mobile application. \- Plan and manage the project schedule to meet established deadlines. \- Conduct regular meetings to review progress and resolve technical issues. * Quality Control \- Implement and monitor software quality control procedures for both the ERP and the mobile application. \- Perform unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure system stability. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an ERP consultant or senior analyst. * Proficiency in SQL Server 2016 or later. * Proficiency in programming languages such as **Java, Python, or C\+\+**. * Knowledge of databases and system architecture. **Benefits** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Statutory benefits: **bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), and Essalud**. * **Mandatory Life Insurance**. * Professional growth and development opportunities based on performance. * Excellent, dynamic, and collaborative work environment. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * Please state your salary expectations. * Please provide your current phone number.
