Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced dishwasher for the dining area to maintain cleanliness and order, assist in food and beverage preparation, and provide friendly customer service at a food concession. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in kitchen and service 2. Friendly customer service and resolution of inquiries 3. Maintenance of hygiene and order in the service area A reputable food concession in the market requires an experienced dishwasher for the dining area to work in **Bellavista**, capable of supporting the following tasks: **Wash all tableware (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, trays, etc.) used during food distribution according to the assigned shift (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); avoid accumulation on tray racks and/or tables.** During available time, assist in preparing accompaniments; prepare chili sauces, condiments, sandwiches, etc. **Assist in kitchen service by preparing cold and hot beverages.** Assist in kitchen service by preparing desserts, disinfecting fruits, making sancocho, peeling potatoes, etc. **Set up the line for lunch and/or dinner service.** Serve customers and remove used items after service. **Maintain cleanliness and order in the service area.** Collect and wash trays. **Remove food residue from tableware.** Assist with cleaning tables and the dining hall as needed. **Organize and store tableware.** Ensure customers do not leave personal belongings behind and return them accordingly. **Provide friendly customer service, including assistance when requested by customers (e.g., inquiries about services or any other information). If unable to assist due to lack of knowledge, politely ask the customer to wait momentarily while another colleague is summoned to help.** Other duties inherent to the position.
