Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Guard to manage traffic control, provide driver assistance during vehicle maneuvers, and handle operational documentation for hazardous waste operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Traffic and pedestrian flow control and regulation 2. Driver assistance during vehicle maneuvers and movement 3. Operational documentation administration and registration A leading environmental company specializing in integrated hazardous waste management is looking for a **Service Guard** to join its operational team. Duties are performed directly at assigned service points; attendance at the Ventanilla plant is required only twice per week for document handover and receipt. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and regulate vehicle and pedestrian traffic using "Stop" and "Go" signals to ensure safety during operations. * Provide drivers with assistance during movement, parking, and entry or exit of vehicles. * Administer and register waybills, operational forms, and other documentation related to services. * Supervise and report on field activities carried out. * Immediately report any incidents or anomalies detected during the shift. * Attend the Ventanilla plant twice weekly to perform documentation-related tasks associated with operations. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Residency in Callao. * Availability to perform operational work and field duties. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:50 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:50 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely biweekly salary payment. * Transportation coverage across various service locations. * Extraordinary bonus of S/ 600 in June and November. * Positive work environment.
