Our company is strategically organized into three specialized service areas: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or certified Technician in Industrial Electricity, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Preferred: Knowledge of power and control panels, ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, basic PLC programming knowledge. * Possession of specialized panel assembler technician knowledge. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare components and supplies required to begin assembly of distribution and control panels. * Verify optimal condition of equipment upon receipt from warehouse. * Prepare copper busbars (Cu.) as appropriate to complete panel installation process. * Install power and control supports for distribution panels according to electrical and mechanical connection diagrams to advance production in the assembly area. * Install copper busbars (Cu.) and components onto mounting plates. * Perform power and control wiring, identifying each conductor per electrical drawings. * Mount base plates to enclosures or panels; perform control wiring on doors. * Prepare panels for finishing (e.g., label application). * Conduct electrical panel tests following established testing protocol procedures. * Package each panel, etc. * Comply with internal work regulations and occupational safety and hygiene regulations to prevent possible accidents. * Clean and maintain an orderly workplace. * Proactive. * Positive attitude and strong communication skills with clients. **WE OFFER:** * Pleasant working environment * Opportunity for growth * Continuous learning * Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM Employment Type: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
