Job Summary: We are seeking a Transportation Programmer to coordinate vehicle scheduling, manage appointments, and resolve incidents for internal and direct customers. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting personnel for our Callao branch for the position of TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMMER. **We highly appreciate candidates with the following profile:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Additional courses in transportation management, road safety, and fleet management. * Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or related areas. (MANDATORY) * Prior experience in team management and vehicle fleet operations. * Familiarity with DPW, APM, METLOG, and RANSA platforms for generating empty and full container appointment slots. * Knowledge and proficiency in SINTAD. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Residency in areas adjacent to CALLAO. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Creating ROI entries in SINTAD to develop transportation unit schedules for internal customers such as ASA GLOBAL and AGL ADUANA, as well as AGL’s direct customers. * Generating pickup appointments from port and extra-port warehouses according to customer-specified time windows (Contrans, dinet, Apm, Dpw). * Coordinating with the maintenance department to identify fully operational units eligible for scheduling. * Entering the final schedule into the SINTAD system. * Informing each driver of their service schedule, attaching their scheduled pickup appointment with the designated time, and specifying whether the unit departs with security escort or Hunter. * Coordinating security escort services with duly homologated providers. * Assigning vehicles to third-party transporters as required. * Reviewing container return appointments with the Empty Container Assistant. * Recording incidents/overcosts in SINTAD for corresponding billing (pernote, redirection, and container cleaning). * Resolving transportation service incidents, including address changes, delays in service, and others. * Maintaining continuous communication with customers. * Updating information in SINTAD when a vehicle change is required. * Reporting the daily schedule via WhatsApp. * Other duties assigned by the Transportation Management team. **At GRUPO AGL, we offer a compensation package tailored to your needs:** * Belong to a solid and reliable company. * Professional growth. * Opportunity to pursue a defined career path. * Pleasant working environment.
