A prominent restaurant chain specializing in **fusion cuisine, bakery, and pastry** is seeking **Hostesses** with excellent presence, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset, dedicated to delivering a warm and personalized customer experience. Responsibilities * Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner. * Circulate throughout the dining area during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services to interact with customers. * Inquire about the quality of service received and customer satisfaction with products. * Collect suggestions, feedback, and observations to support continuous service improvement. * Identify, with the customer’s permission, the name or characteristics of the table or group served for follow-up purposes. * Prepare reports indicating: * Table or group served. * Feedback on dishes. * Service quality. * Relevant suggestions or observations.
