




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive female candidate with strong communication skills to assist in the import area, managing documentation, tracking shipments, and coordinating with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in the import area 2. Coordination with agents, carriers, and international suppliers 3. Management and tracking of documentation and shipments The candidate must be a female professional with effective communication skills, proactive attitude, and high sense of responsibility, who will assist in the import area by performing the following duties: * Prepare and review import documents: commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, insurance, etc. * Verify that documentation complies with legal and customs requirements. * Archive and maintain up-to-date import files. * Track international shipments (maritime, air, or land). * Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouses. * Monitor transit times and arrival dates. * Support tariff classification of goods. * Assist in preparation and review of import declarations. * Verify payment of applicable taxes, duties, and fees. * Maintain communication with foreign suppliers. * Request quotations, confirm purchase orders and dispatch dates. * Resolve issues related to shipments and documentation. * Track import costs (freight, insurance, taxes). * Prepare import status reports. * Support internal or external audits. * Verify compliance with regulations and standards (NOM, permits, licenses, restrictions). * Support correct application of free trade agreements. * Update databases and ERP systems. * Coordinate payments to suppliers and service providers. * Provide support to the procurement and international trade departments.
