At **UPLC**, we continue to grow and are strengthening our bidding department with two key new positions. We operate across strategic sectors (civil works, industrial installations, energy, photovoltaic plants, and maintenance) for top-tier private clients such as Repsol, Petroperú, Técnicas Reunidas, and Acciona. If you want to join a high-performance team and work on large-scale proposals, this is your opportunity! **POSITION 1: SENIOR TENDER AND BIDDING ENGINEER** **Mission:** Independently manage the full lifecycle of technical and commercial proposals, assuming operational leadership of tenders. **What will you do?** * Analyze complex tender documents and Terms of Reference (TORs), identifying risks and opportunities. * Coordinate internally with operations and procurement teams to estimate productivity and resource requirements. * Build budgets from scratch: Unit Price Analysis (UPA), direct/indirect costs, and margins. * Prepare technical reports, work plans, and defend proposals before clients. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience preparing bids for Industrial Construction, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Maintenance sectors (refineries, plants, or airports). * Advanced Excel proficiency (cost modeling) and high operational autonomy. * *Preferred:* PMI, AACE, NEC, or FIDIC certifications; Presto or Arquímedes software. **POSITION 2: JUNIOR TENDER ENGINEER** **Mission:** Absorb the technical-documentary workload of the department, working side-by-side with the technical team to develop competence and independently lead medium-sized bids within 12–18 months. **What will you do?** * Review, classify, and organize drawings, technical specifications, and addenda. * Perform measurements and take-offs (quantities) based on drawings. * Request quotations from subcontractors, track responses, and compile comparative tables. * Draft technical reports and structure administrative/legal documentation for bids. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or final-year student in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * 1–2 years of total experience (pre-professional or professional internships on-site, in technical offices, or on projects count!). * Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel skills and excellent technical writing ability. * Rigor, attention to detail, mental organization, and a genuine proactive learning attitude. **What do we offer at UPLC?** * Join a solid company delivering highly complex projects and engaging directly with market-leading clients. * A dynamic work environment where your contributions and initiative directly impact the business. * Formal employment under Peru’s general labor regime, with all statutory benefits. * Workplace: Miraflores. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Application Questions: * Indicate which position you are applying for: Senior or Junior Tender Engineer * State your salary expectation Workplace: On-site employment
