We are seeking to hire a **Junior Fleet Manager** to help us optimize our logistics and operational processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise the heavy cargo vehicle fleet * Oversee vehicle maintenance, availability, and operational readiness * Monitor routes, delivery times, and driver performance * Maintain vehicle and driver documentation * Prepare fleet, cost, and operational reports * Coordinate with transportation, operations, and maintenance departments **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a fleet manager, fleet coordinator, or in a similar role * Knowledge of **heavy cargo fleet management** * Experience managing preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance * Vehicle tracking (GPS) and operational control * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and fleet management systems * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills * Valid driver’s license **A-IIb or higher** (not mandatory) **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM** **Compensation:** * **Salary: PEN 2,500 – PEN 3,000**, depending on evaluation and experience **We Offer:** * Enrollment in the General Labor Regime payroll system * Job stability * Positive work environment * Opportunities for professional development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: PEN 2,500.00 – PEN 3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
