This position is critical to ensuring an efficient vehicle service flow, closely coordinating between service advisors and mechanics to guarantee optimal turnaround times and high-quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the performance of service advisors and mechanics. * Ensure proper management of vehicle intake, tracking, and delivery. * Monitor execution timelines for assigned tasks. * Coordinate prioritization of service based on operational urgency. * Manage workflow within the workshop (intake – processing – delivery). * Minimize delays and idle time in operations. * Redistribute workload as needed. * Conduct continuous monitoring of vehicles in process. * Ensure team adherence to scheduled timelines. * Resolve operational issues affecting service speed. * Verify timely vehicle delivery. * Maintain constant communication among involved departments. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry. * Prior experience as a senior mechanic, workshop manager, or coordinator. * Experience supervising work teams. * Technical training in Automotive Mechanics. * Preferred specialization in workshop management or supervision. **Technical Knowledge:** * Vehicle service processes in automotive workshops. * Vehicle maintenance and repair. * Workflow management between service advisors and workshop. * Work order handling. **Skills:** * Strong leadership. * High organizational and control capability. * Clear and direct communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented with emphasis on operational speed. * Problem-solving ability. **We Offer:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth.
