If you seek job stability and growth opportunities, this is your chance. **Job Description:** Perform field installation and maintenance of telecommunications services, ensuring compliance with assigned routes and quality standards in customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Installation and maintenance of telecommunications services * Field work across various areas of Lima * Adherence to assigned routes **Requirements:** * Technicians with or without prior experience (paid training provided) * Own motorcycle in good condition with luggage rack * Valid driver's license * Valid SOAT insurance and all required documents in order * Availability for field work **Employment Conditions:** * Work Mode: On-site (field) * Schedule: Full-time **Compensation:** * Base salary: S/ 1,300 * Attendance bonus: S/ 300 * Welcome bonus: S/ 900 (S/ 300 per month for 3 months) * Installation commissions: approximately S/ 1,500 * Motorcycle usage allowance: S/ 700 * Average monthly income: S/ 3,500 **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one * One-month paid training program * One-week training program including lunch coverage * Development and growth opportunities **Application:** Immediate availability required.
