Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Physiotherapist to manage occupational health, conduct musculoskeletal assessments, and implement rehabilitation programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in occupational health and workplace wellness campaigns At Clínica Ocupacional S\&M, we are currently seeking an **Occupational Physiotherapist** to join our occupational health team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide support in managing the institution's comprehensive occupational health program. * Conduct musculoskeletal assessments for personnel upon entry, periodically, and for follow-up. * Deliver training on ergonomics and proper postural practices. * Develop muscle-strengthening programs for staff members. * Monitor and follow up with personnel diagnosed with MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders). * Apply physical rehabilitation treatments and techniques based on professional assessment. * Participate in occupational health and workplace wellness campaigns. * Support activities related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Perform other duties assigned by the Occupational Physician and the SIG and/or HR departments. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with specialization in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. * Minimum of 1 year of experience providing physical or occupational therapy services. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and service orientation. **CONDITIONS:** * Work location: Callao (Faucett, Gambetta, and Despro plant). * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Willingness to travel between different sites within the district. * Immediate availability. * Positive work environment.
