We are experiencing constant growth and seeking an **Operations Supervisor** (Mine \- Hudbay) who wishes to develop professionally and actively contribute to the operation of water treatment filtration equipment. Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations at the mining unit, coordinating assigned personnel and ensuring efficient and safe execution of work plans. * Lead and control mining work teams, optimizing the use of resources, machinery, and materials, and implementing operational procedures that guarantee productivity and compliance with safety standards. * Actively participate in plant shutdowns, special projects, and assigned activities across various mining operations. * Conduct on-site inspections of mining equipment and machinery, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance and promptly reporting any deviations that could affect operational continuity. * Implement and execute continuous improvement strategies in mining processes, aimed at increasing productivity, optimizing resources, and ensuring operational sustainability. * Maintain up-to-date operational and control documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, corporate policies, and applicable regulatory requirements for the mining sector. * Other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: * **Graduated, licensed, and certified** in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule at (Mine \- Hudbay). * Experience in industrial water treatment projects (preferred). * Knowledge of water treatment plants (preferred).
