Job Summary: We are seeking a Risk Prevention Specialist to implement training plans, maintain SSOMA documentation, supervise safety standards, and manage prevention activities. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive and leadership-oriented work in prevention **Requirements:** * Final-year student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a Risk Prevention Specialist or in similar roles. * Knowledge of **Law No. 29783** and its amendment, **Law No. 30222**. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Experience in preparing SSOMA documentation (IPERC, ATS, PTS, Surveillance Plan, Checklists, etc.). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work in Carapongo – Lurigancho**.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement the annual occupational safety and health training and induction plan. * Prepare and keep SSOMA documentation and management indicators up to date. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations, use of PPE, and workplace order and cleanliness. * Manage PPE control and distribution, including budgeting and purchase order issuance. * Conduct safety inspections, internal audits, and follow-up on action plans. * Manage solid, liquid, and hazardous waste handling. * Prepare equipment and machinery inventories by department. * Organize emergency drills and investigate work-related incidents and accidents. * Deliver safety talks, active breaks, and training sessions for staff and contractors. * Prepare daily incident reports and other reports required by Management. **Competencies:** * Proactivity. * Responsibility and commitment. * Leadership and initiative. * Effective communication. * Organization and planning. * Ability to work under pressure and in teams. * Prevention orientation and continuous improvement mindset. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration according to the company’s labor regime. * 100% covered meals. * Commuting allowance. * Professional learning and development opportunity. * SCTR Insurance and Life Insurance as mandated by law. * Timely salary payments. * Job stability.
