Job Summary: We are seeking a project supervisor with mining experience to plan, organize and control administrative activities, and manage personnel and resources. Key Highlights: 1. Project supervision in the mining sector 2. Experience in electromechanical construction and equipment maintenance 3. Personnel and resource management in projects * Minimum three years’ experience as a project supervisor in the mining sector. * Knowledge of COSTS AND BUDGETS, AUTOCAD, SAP, PROJECT in electromechanical construction projects. * Experience in operation and maintenance of tailings filters, thickeners, mills (ball and/or SAG), pipelines in flotation, crushing, smelting areas in mines, and structural assembly. * Availability to work on projects under the applicable labor regime. * Residence in Arequipa. Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, supervise and control the administrative activities carried out in the Project under maintenance and/or repair contracts. * Attend meetings to inform the client about work performed, results achieved and scheduled planning. * Manage effective availability of assigned personnel, vehicles, tools, accessories and components.
